It’s incredible how little differentiation there is in car audio decks. I wish they were like wheels, where there’s something to please nearly anyone at any budget.

I had a JVC head unit 15 years ago that featured a single knob on one side, with a brushed metal faceplate. It sounded good and looked great. I'm glad car audio is starting to come back from the garish levels it once was.
